Where should I place my diffuser?

You can place your Reed diffuser in areas / spaces gentle airflow such as bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms , hallways and office spaces. 

 

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times may differ depending on location and chosen delivery method. However it is typically 3-5 working days. 

How do I cancel my order ?

We will aim to help if you have changed your mind and your order has not been shipped. Please contact us at info@sc3ntrd.co.uk as soon as possible. 

What courier service do you use?

We use Royal Mail tracked.

Once your order has been placed , you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. 

Once your order has been shipped , you will receive an email  with tracking details in order to keep up to date with the status of your purchase. 

My order was delivered damaged.

We always package our products carefully, but occasionally it can be damaged in transit.  Please contact us at info@sc3ntrd.co.uk with your order number , photo of the damaged item/ items  and a photo of the packaging . 

Once we receive this information, we will review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Payments 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal , Apple Pay or Google pay. 

At the moment, SCƐNTRD only accepts orders and payments for delivery within the United Kingdom.
